Ingredients of Wheatflour Modak

  1. Prepare 1 bowl of Wheatflour.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Clarified butter.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of Fresh grated coconut.
  4. Prepare 10-12 of almonds.
  5. You need 10-12 of Cashews.
  6. You need 50 gms of Peanuts.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.

Wheatflour Modak instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add peanuts, almonds & cashews into it.
  2. Dry roast them & keep aside..
  3. Then add grated coconut & also dry roast till it's moisture absorbs then also keep it aside.
  4. Now heat clarified butter and add wheatflour into it & roast till golden brown then keep it aside.
  5. Now in a pan add sugar with half cup water & make sugar syrup.
  6. Then add roasted wheatflour, roasted coconut,roasted nuts & cardamom powder into the sugar syrup & mix it well.
  7. Then off the gas & let the mixture little cool..
  8. Now take modak moulds & grease them using butter..
  9. Add some mixture into modak mould & press it now your modak is ready make all modaks like this..
