  1. Melt the chocolate by double boiler method add milk and mix well..
  2. Crush the biscuits in a mixture roughly (not very finely) Add it in melted chocolate..
  3. Add chopped dry fruits and powdered sugar and make round shape out of it and keep it aside.
  4. Take a vessel put whole wheat flour, maida, salt, and hot melted ghee mix it well and add water as required and make a soft dough like puri..
  5. Now make small small balls out of puri dough and roll it like puri then place chocolate balls in the middle and make shape of modak from it..
