Ukdiche modak step by step

  1. Stuffing: take ghee in a pan add grated coconut, jaggery andmix well.. cook for 15 mins on low flame..

  8. Take steamer,grease it with oil/ghee keep the modakswith lid closed. Steam them for 15 mins..
