Peach Cobbler – Fast & Easy step by step

  1. Pre heat oven to 350.
  2. Drain one can of peaches.
  3. Combine both cans of peaches in big mixing bowl.
  4. Add 1/4 Cup of white sugar.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg.
  8. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  9. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  10. Place one stick of butter in pot on high heat.
  11. Add seasoned peaches in pot on high heat.
  12. Add 2 – 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  13. Cook until fully thick, about 5 – 10 minutes.
  14. Pour cooked peaches over.
  15. Add last layer of pie crust and flatten it out.
