- Prepare 1 Cup of paneer.

- Take a cheese and put it in a muslin cloth and squeeze it completely so that extra water comes out..
- Now take a pan and mash it properly till it becomes smooth.Now add sugar in it and rub it properly and add a pinch of yellow colour and cardamom powder and mix it well..
- Now ON the flame and put the pan on it and cook it on a low flame until it become a soft dough like.Off the flame and let it be cool..
- After then take a small lemon size ball and give it a little modak shape with your hands.You can make with the help of modak mould also.Garnish it with crushed pistachios.Our yummy paneer modaks are ready to serve..
